Chaufr is a chauffeur service marketplace that provides scheduled transportation through licensed fleet partners in each city. 

Unlike ride-hailing apps that rely on independent drivers and on-demand availability, Chaufr bookings are made in advance and fulfilled by professional transportation companies. This allows for consistent pricing, reliable availability, and a higher standard of service. 

This approach is ideal for events, nights out, business travel, special occasions, or simply because you’re worth it. Our work with our approved partners in each market ensures that every reservation meets the same service standards, regardless of location.  

Chaufr fleet partners use their own professionally maintained premium/ luxury vehicles as pertaining to the “eligible vehicles” section of our drivers page. These include late model SUV’s and full-size sedans that meet our strict quality standards. 

Yes! After your ride, you can “favorite” a driver. When you book again, that driver will be prioritized if they’re available in your area during the time of the requested trip. 

No problem! Your driver is always within 5 minutes of you. Just open the app, tap “active ride”, and select “request pickup”. Once acknowledged by your driver, you will have the ability to enter an additional drop off location- you’re in control the entire time. 

Like most ride-hailing or ride-sharing apps, our goal is to provide you with a fast, convenient, and seamless requesting experience. Due to the time dedication that our fleet partners have to commit to, all trips must be requested at least 2 hours prior to the desired pickup time. 

Chaufr is currently developing the beta version of our application and will be rolling out in select major cities, with plans to expand nationwide. For location updates, we suggest checking out our SERVICE MAP. 

Payments are made directly through the Chaufr app using traditional methods or our native $CHUFR token. $CHUFR users receive 15% off of all rides anytime, anywhere. All transactions are made during booking and no cash is ever required to be exchanged between the passenger and your Chaufr driver. 

Absolutely! We encourage showing your appreciation towards drivers that go above and beyond! Drivers keep 100% of their tips, and you can tip in app securely with your primary payment method, or directly from your $CHUFR balance at the end of your ride.
