Fleet Partner Requirements
Here’s what’s needed to join the Chaufr network!
Licensed Transportation Company
Your business must be registered and authorized to provide professional chauffeur, limo, or executive transportation services in your operating area or state.
Required Documents
Partners must provide business registration, commercial insurance, general liability insurance, vehicle information, and verification documents before being approved on the platform.
Safety & Service Standards
All partners must meet Chaufr's standards for safety, service, and professionalism. There will be continuous eligibility monitoring to ensure rider trust and quality.
Vehicle Requirements
Vehicle Needs
To maintain the Chaufr premium experience, fleet partners must provide late-model luxury vehicles suitable for executive transport Our customers expect clean, comfortable, and professional vehicles, and all partners must meet minimum standards for safety, condition, and presentation.
- Vehicle Class: Full-size luxury sedans or SUV (e.g. Mercedes S-Class, Cadillac Escalade, Audi A8, Range Rover)
- Color: Neutral (black, grey, silver, charcoal, white)/ Drk Blue
- Year: 2018 or Newer (unless otherwise approved).
- Doors: 4- Door
- Vehicle Condition: Clean, well-maintained, free of cosmetic damage. No visible aftermarket modifications
- Interior: Leather or premium upholstery
Additional Notes
Fleet partners operate under their own licensing and branding. Chaufr does not require Chaufr specific vehicle decals or exterior branding ut it is recommended. Our goal is to support existing transportation providers by delivering additional bookings without interfering with your current business operations.
- Note: Vehicles are inspected upon approval and subject to random in-app audits. Your vehicle is a reflection of the Chaufr brand- treat it like your best business suit.
